we spent a lot of time tasting bacon and sausage, looking for the perfect nitrate free meats.  We think we found some of the best smoked, thick cut bacon and sausage patties. Our bacon is nitrate free from Beelers and our pork sausage comes from Jones Farm. While a little further than some of our other vendors, finding organic, nitrate free bacon and sausage patties that taste amazing isn't always easy.
