That’s why we focus on serving hormone, antibiotic, nitrate and preservative free meats that are sustainably raised – and as local as possible. We accompany farm fresh meats with seasonal vegetables, house-made dressings, sodas, sauces and soups made using nutritious, natural, simple ingredients.
