OUR BREAD

Our bread comes from Bracken Mountain Bakery. A staple Brevard bakery, Bracken's products are made with quality products – stone ground organic flours, real butter, dark chocolate, local honey, extra virgin olive oil, and as many organic ingredients as they are able to obtain.  They even created a brioche, just for us, to make our delicious French toast with. They have many more awesome breads baked up at their shop on Broad Street.
