OUR SEAFOOD

Although we are landlocked in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina we get the freshest seafood from our vendors. Our seafood vendor is committed to providing customers a consistent supply of seafood that is transparent, traceable and sourced from well-managed fisheries, and is responsibly produced and harvested. All of our shrimp come from US sources - either the Carolina or Gulf Coasts. The trout we serve comes from some of the best North Carolina farms located around Pisgah Forest and our catfish is sourced from the Mississippi River, not Asia.
